
Marketing Toolkit
Here you will find files you may need to market your festival events including logos and frames for images that you post on social media.
We will design posters, leaflets and other printed material that advertise the festival as a whole. You are responsible for creating posters, flyers etc for your own events. These must include the festival logo and the Richmond Council Logo.
If your event is supported by the British Council and/or Arts Council you will also need to include their logos.
Make sure you scroll to the bottom of the page as there is a press release to download and information on crediting.

These launch dates are supported by Chloé Nelkin Consulting (PR company for the festival) and will have targeted Press Releases going out. We will inform you which date is your launch.
June 11 (6-9pm) - Festival Launch at York House - Please save the date! We will all be getting together to watch performances from the festival and celebrate everyone’s brilliant work.

This press release shares information about the festival as a whole. It gives a sense of the ethos and energy of the festival. We will be sharing more targeted press releases after the programme launch.
Social Media Templates
You can use the below templates on your own images for social media. This will bring cohesion across all our platforms and create a ‘buzz’ around the festival online.
Below are some examples from last year, the new templates have this years dates etc.
